Conversation and readings with Madeline Miller and Emily Wilson (virtual event)
Wednesday, November 4, 2020 | 7:30pm - 9:00pm
Join us for a virtual night of conversation and readings with Madeline Miller, author of the New York Times best-selling novel “Circe”—about the legendary sorceress and goddess who (among other things) turns men into pigs in The Odyssey—and Emily Wilson, translator of “The Odyssey." The books were the Common Read selections for Sweet Briar students during the 2019-2020 academic year.
Miller and Wilson will join us virtually at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 4. The event is open to the public, but registration is required. After you register, you'll be sent the link to join.
